Staff exceptional, particularly Cristina, Rocio, Diego, and Dorian. Helped with currency confusion and organizing trips. Impressed boyfriend with welcome. Great for tourists and business travelers. Amazing food, especially in restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The service is excellent, just as you would expect from a luxury hotel. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is excellent, especially the Argentinean eggs benedict. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

The maintenance of the rooms could be improved. Some aspects, such as the closet doors and shower head, were not functioning properly.

The hotel staff were really good, attentive, and caring. The receptionist was great and allowed us a late checkout. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The gym facilities were excellent.

The staff members were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request. The personalized service made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The exclusive amenities provided at this luxurious hotel are exceptional. the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace and a stunning garden area, is impeccable. I was delighted to have access to the Spa & wellness center, which includes a sauna, steam room, treatment room, and a variety of beauty treatments. the restaurant offers delicious special diet menus and private facilities for the ultimate fine dining experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the in-room breakfast service. Although the food was excellent, the delivery was delayed by a few minutes.

The mansion, open to the public, was like a village with shops and restaurants. The concierge provided comprehensive suggestions and arranged a high-quality tango show. The room had comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and high-quality shower toiletries. The on-site restaurant, Elena, served awesome breakfast and cocktails. The pool had fantastic service and a great menu. I highly recommend this hotel.

The suite we stayed in was perfect for our family of three, with spacious rooms, two TVs, and charming balconies with lovely views. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast at the restaurant was really good. The hotel's location in the Recoleta neighborhood was ideal, with easy accessibility to transportation, shops, and restaurants in a relatively safe area.
